Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every bottle comes from our own stock, sealed and checked before it is packed for you.
How long does shipping take?
We deliver within Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days (Rs 350) and Express delivery takes 1 to 2 business days (Rs 750). Standard delivery is free on orders over Rs 8,000. In-stock orders usually leave within one business day.
What is your return policy?
Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days. For opened products with a genuine quality issue, contact customer care with your order number.
What do EDP and EDT mean?
They describe oil concentration. EDP usually lasts longer and projects fuller. EDT opens brighter and may need reapplication. Parfum is denser still, so use fewer sprays.
Do you list ingredients?
Yes. Each product page includes a core ingredients list plus country of origin. Allergens required on labeling appear on the packing insert.
How should I store perfume?
Keep bottles away from direct sun and heat. A cool, dark drawer preserves top notes longer than a sunny bathroom shelf.
